happy birthday patty! =D

As always, I'm late at writing things that happened in my life. Well it was Patty's birthday on the 7th and to celebrate her 17th birthday, we ate at the Cheesecake Factory!!! yyiiippiieeee. It was yummy in my tummy. So, to start off that day, I woke up with my mom knocking on my door, telling me to wake up at 8 in the morning. =) How Lovely! Then I went with her to work. I volunteer at her job and entertain the elderly.

These are the things I've done so far:

-play hangman

-trivia questions

-play balloon volleyball

-clean and organize two closets

okay, so when I got home, i got ready for Patty's party. Jackie picked up me and my sister and we drove to Concord to drop off two of his friends. Then, off to Walnut Creek. We got lost getting to the Cheesecake Factory hahahah. I hate getting lost. It doesn't give me a sense of control of where I am going. I hate not knowing where to go. But yeah, at least getting lost with Jackie and my sister was not half as bad if I was with my parents. hahaha. He didn't start yelling and getting mad, instead we were hella laughing and joking around. So that was good. We get there and we had to wait an hour and ten minutes before getting seated. To kill some time, we went to Urban Outfitters. hahaha. We tried on clothes that we're not likely to buy just because we thought it was fun. I somehow ended up with a short black leather skirt. hahahahaha. yeeeep something I wouldn't actually buy for myself. but it was actually not that bad. hahaha. t was pretty cute, but the price wasn't. hah. $78 for a skirt. no thank you. i can live without it. hahahha. okay so back to dinner. the food was great but sadly, they didn't give Patty a free cheesecake for her birthday! shameshame on you cheesecake factory!!! you can't even spare one slice of cheesecake for the birthday girl!! oh well. she ordered one anyways, at least they sang happy birthday =) everybody was full and ready to head home. Yet again, we got lost going back. hahahahha. It was really dark and there weren't a lot of street lamps. It was pretty creepy... somehow we managed to get back on the right freeway and head home. then after that.... i forgot what i did. seriously. it's like my mind is blank, I can't remember what happened next. I think i went to bed. yeah... idk. oh well. that's it. =)

Santa Cruz

Happy Fourth of July people! I hope you had fun with your family and/or friends, whoever you hung out with today. =) hahah. fill your tummies with lots of barbecue and watch the fireworks tonight. well not the one in Pinole since it was cancelled. boooohhooooo!!! not fair. well. this post is supposed to be about my Santa Cruz trip yesterday. i went with a couple of my friends and drove down to the beach. first, we went to visit the UCSC campus where my friends graduated from. it's pretty interesting since the school really blends in with its surroundings. and i find it weird that santa cruz has its own bubble. the weather is soooo weird. one part of santa cruz is warm then you move on over a couple of miles then it gets really cold. ha. weird, yah?! then we went to a beach but we left hella fast because the water was not so pretty and there were lots of kelp everywhere. it looked really gloomy there too. so we headed out to the very crowded boardwalk. surprisingly, even with tons of people there, the water and the sand were actually decent. yes, the water was cold and i didnt dare submerge my whole body in the water but one of my friends snuck up behind me, picked me up and threw me into the water, TWICE!!! not coooool. as you know, swimming or playing around makes you really hungry. soooo. i got a turkey leg for lunch! wwoohhooo. it was yummy in my tummy. XD add some garlic fries to that too. i wish everyday was that fun. ooohhh. funnel cakes are hella good too. sadly, i still haven't tasted a fried twinkie. i'm really curious if it tastes good. hhmmm??? i will taste it someday. ooh and for dinner we had some sushi. =) yyyyuuum. i finally ate a lion king. hahahhaha. it was pretty good. and for dessert we had a caramel and white chocolate, sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar, coated apple. oooohhh. awwwweeeessooommmeeeee. basically, yesterday was the best day i had all summer. so i thought it deserved to be posted on here. hahahhaa. i definitely suggest you to go and have fun in santa cruz. go to the beach, ride rides at the boardwalk, walk downtown, shop, eat, get a tan, anything! just have fun because it feels really good. =) so yeah. that was my santa cruz trip. definitely better than my first one. hahhahaha. that's all. Well. It's my first time blogging ever so bear with me. It's summer and school's over. yestersay was Father's Day so belated happy father's day to all the dads of the world. well. i'm not really sure of the tings that i should put here yet but i'll just go along with what my fingers are typing. hahah. yeah not so good eh? oh well. i guess i'll get used to it. tomorrow, well later today i guess, i will try and go job hunting! wish me luck. i need something worth doing over the summer besides being a couch potato and watching asian dramas online. today, i saw the movie Up in 3-d. i loved it!! the movie is both sad and funny. watching it is like riding in a roller coaster. you never know when things are gonna be happy or sad. to all of you who has not seen it, watch it!!! it's really awesome. what else?? hhmmm. i am really blanking out right now. partly because it's pretty late and also because i just don;t know what to say. i promise to have something better next time. ha. i wonder when that'll be. we'll see. i'm gonna have to get more of my friends here so it doesn't seem like i'm just talking to myself. hahha. that's sad. okay. well i guess that's it for now. more to come later on!! have fun and enjoy summer while it still lasts! =)
